I'm Evan Davies, co-founder of StayGentic.
I've spent nearly two decades working in tourism and holiday letting, including almost ten years with one of the UK's leading holiday cottage businesses, working with holiday property owners and the industry from the inside.
Today, I'm doing things differently with StayGentic: combining modern marketing, technology and distribution with the kind of personal, local service that's difficult to maintain when an agency manages thousands of properties.

Who sets my nightly rates?+
It's a collaborative approach, and pricing can be actively reviewed based on demand, seasonality and performance.
Do I control when my property is available?+
Yes. Owners retain agreed owner-use periods and availability according to their agreement.
What happens to existing bookings if I switch?+
We'll honour any existing bookings your property already has. We'll work with you to manage the handover smoothly, whatever stage you're at with your current agency.
